– Amla extract (Phyllanthus Emblica L.): 240 mg

– Arugula extract: 100 mg

– L-Cysteine: 100 mg

– Blueberry extract: 80 mg

– Rice protein: 50 mg

– L-Arginine: 50 mg

– Lemon peel extract: 5 mg

– including vitamin B9: 200 µg

– Other ingredients: strawberry powder, plant-based gluten- and lactose-free base.

Mix 1 and a half scoops (6g) in 250ml of water or plant-based drink.

Space the intake as far as possible from the evening meal (1 to 2 hours).
