ISIS BELLY against endometriosis

ISIS BELLY contre l'endométriose

If you suffer from endometriosis, our ISIS BELLY gummies can offer you a natural approach to complement your protocol (with your doctor's advice).

Discover how the active ingredients in our gummies can benefit you.

HIBISCUS

Powerful antioxidant

Several studies (1) have shown that hibiscus contains powerful antioxidants, molecules that help fight free radicals, which cause damage to your cells.

However, excess free radicals cause oxidative stress, which has been observed in women suffering from endometriosis (2). In vitro experiments have highlighted that inhibiting this stress would block the proliferation of endometrial cells.

Detoxifier

Studies have shown that hibiscus can promote liver health and help it function effectively. One in particular (3) reported that administering hibiscus extracts increased the concentration of several detoxifying enzymes in the liver by up to 65%.

So, hibiscus will help your liver eliminate excess estrogens, partly responsible for endometriosis.

SAFFRON

Anti-inflammatory

Numerous studies have confirmed the anti-inflammatory effects of saffron on various biologically active compounds due to their strong inhibitory effects on prostaglandin E2 production.

However, this prostaglandin would be more strongly present in women suffering from endometriosis than in women who do not suffer from it. Prostaglandin E2 is the inflammatory molecule par excellence; it triggers inflammation and associated pain.

Anxiolytics

There is no shortage of studies demonstrating the beneficial effects of saffron on anxiety disorders and depression (4). Saffron contains crocin and safranal, two active compounds with unique and effective anxiolytic, anti-stress, and antidepressant properties.

However, in case of stress, the body produces cortisol to adapt to it, which increases testosterone and thus inhibits progesterone production. This progesterone deficiency is well known in science as a factor worsening endometriosis.

VITAMIN B6

Hormonal regulator

Vitamin B6 would reduce blood estrogen, increase progesterone, and lead to an improvement in endometriosis symptoms (5).

Vitamin B6 also supports the liver in its action of eliminating estrogen (6), as this vitamin is involved in the methylation cycle in the liver responsible for detoxification.

ZINC

Women with endometriosis have lower Zinc intake than those without the disease (7). Moreover, a good zinc status is associated with a reduced risk of endometriosis.

Some believe, even though it has not yet been formally proven, that zinc could be an element in the pathophysiology of endometriosis (8).

LEMON BALM

Soothing

Lemon balm leaves have soothing properties on the body as well as on the mind. They are a wonderful natural remedy to calm anxiety caused by endometriosis. Indeed, numerous studies have highlighted the spasmolytic, anxiolytic, and sedative action of lemon balm.
