Protein needs that increase during certain key phases
During breastfeeding or prolonged periods of fatigue, protein needs increase. An appropriate intake helps meet the body's increased nutritional requirements【1】. A nutritional foundation that is often insufficient for women
Studies show that protein intake is frequently below recommendations, which may affect overall tone and the body's balance【2】. A complete essential amino acid profile
The combination of pea, rice, and hemp provides a optimal balance of amino acids, which are necessary for the body's fundamental functions【3】. Satiety and stability throughout the day
Adequate protein intake is associated with a greater feeling of satiety and more stable food intake throughout the day【4】. Fewer fluctuations, greater consistency
Meals containing protein contribute to a more gradual glycemic response, which may help prevent spikes followed by bouts of fatigue【5】. A clean, well-tolerated alternative
Free from lactose and additives, plant proteins are generally easier to digest, which promotes regular, sustainable intake. Muscle function and tissue quality
Adequate protein intake is associated with the maintenance of muscle function and tissue quality over time, key factors in the body's overall tone【6】.

POWERFUL MATCHA
“Some of my obsessions eventually become products. Matcha is my favorite drink; I added the focus and crash-free energy I need to get from creating a campaign to the evening routine.”
GLOW BOOST
“I’ve always preferred investing in my skin rather than in what covers it. Being able to go out with almost nothing on my face—that’s my idea of beautiful skin. With short nights and my busy lifestyle, Glow Boost helps me maintain that freedom.”
PLANT POWER
“I’m vegan, I run Isis, and I have two children: perfectly organized days don’t exist, but my standards remain. Plant Power helps me keep my protein intake up without turning my meals into a chore. Above all, I wanted it to be good enough to choose even on days when I have time to do something else.”

The science behind
Pea protein is naturally rich in lysine, an essential amino acid that is important for building proteins in the body. It provides the main protein base of Plant Power: nutrient-dense, plant-based, satisfying, and useful for supporting daily protein intake without relying on animal protein.
Rice protein naturally complements pea protein. While pea protein is richer in lysine, rice provides more sulfur-containing amino acids, such as methionine and cysteine. Combining them creates a more balanced profile than a single plant-based protein alone.
Hemp protein gives the formula a more complete profile. Made from the whole seed, it naturally contains protein, as well as fiber and plant-based nutrients. It gives Plant Power a more “whole-food” profile—gentler and less single-purpose than an isolated protein.

Your questions
Probably. Most women don’t meet their daily protein needs, especially during phases such as postpartum, breastfeeding, or prolonged fatigue.
Plant Power is here to fill that gap simply, without having to recalculate everything in your diet.
Yes, it’s even one of the periods when nutritional needs increase.
Plant Power makes it easy to increase your protein intake without making meals heavier or complicating your routine.
Because “eating properly” doesn’t always mean eating enough protein.
Too little protein can contribute to persistent fatigue and a body that feels less toned, less “solid.”
Yes! Cravings often result from meals that aren’t filling enough.
Adding protein helps create more balanced, longer-lasting meals, which naturally reduces sugar cravings.
Most useful:
– in the morning (often too low in protein)
– as a snack to avoid energy crashes
– or during periods when you feel your body is “running on empty”
-> The idea: provide what’s missing at the right time, rather than follow a strict rule.
Because it is generally better tolerated (lactose-free) and gentler on digestion.
And here, combining several plants provides a complete nutritional profile, with no compromises.
