This depends on your needs; if you are experiencing a decrease in lactation due to a period of stress or intense fatigue, a 15-day to 1-month course is recommended to support your breastfeeding while you regain your strength.
You can also take the course occasionally, for example, if you need to stock up on breast milk because you plan to be away (anticipate and start taking the gummies a few days in advance).
A longer course may be necessary in cases of relactation or very fragile lactation.
