ISIS BELLY against endometriosis

If you suffer from endometriosis, our ISIS BELLY gummies can offer you a natural approach to complete your protocol (with the advice of your doctor).

Find out how the active ingredients in our gummies can benefit you.

HIBISCUS

Powerful antioxidant

Several studies (1) have shown that hibiscus contains powerful antioxidants, molecules that help fight free radicals, which cause damage to your cells.

However, the excess of free radicals is at the origin of the oxidative stress which has been observed in women suffering from endometriosis (2). Experiments carried out in vitro have shown that inhibiting this stress would block the proliferation of endometrial cells.

Detoxifying

Studies have shown that hibiscus can support liver health and help it function efficiently. One in particular (3) reported that administration of hibiscus extracts increased the concentration of several detoxifying enzymes in the liver by up to 65%.

So hibiscus will help your liver eliminate excess estrogen, which is partly responsible for endometriosis.

SAFFRON

Anti-inflammatory

Numerous studies have confirmed the anti-inflammatory effects of saffron on various biologically active compounds due to their strong inhibitory effects on prostaglandin E2 production.

However, this prostaglandin would be more strongly present in women who suffer from endometriosis than in women who do not suffer from it. Prostaglandin E2 is the inflammatory molecule par excellence; it is she who triggers the inflammation and the associated pain.

Anxiolytics

Studies showing the beneficial effects of saffron in anxiety disorders and depression abound (4). Saffron contains crocin and safranal, two active ingredients with unique and effective anxiolytic, anti-stress and antidepressant properties.

However, in the event of stress, the body produces cortisol to adapt to it, which increases testosterone and therefore slows down the production of progesterone. This progesterone deficiency is well known to science as an aggravating factor in endometriosis.

VITAMIN B6

Hormonal regulator

Vitamin B6 is said to reduce blood estrogen, increase progesterone and lead to an improvement in symptoms of endometriosis (5).

Vitamin B6 also supports the liver in its action of eliminating estrogen (6), because this vitamin is involved in the methylation cycle in the liver that causes detoxification.

ZINC

Women with endometriosis have lower zinc intakes than those without the disease (7). Furthermore, a good zinc status is associated with a lower risk of endometriosis.

Some think, even if it has not yet been formally proven, that zinc could be an element in the pathophysiology of endometriosis (8).

LEMON BALM

soothing

Lemon balm leaves have soothing virtues on the body as well as on the psyche. They are a wonderful natural remedy to calm the anxiety caused by endometriosis. Indeed , many studies have demonstrated the spasmolytic, anxiolytic and sedative action of lemon balm.
